Q: What is "PURITAMA?"

A: Puritama is one of our artists, and uses this name to brand their artwork and fashion pieces.


Q: What is the best way to wash your apparel?

A: Hand wash cold and hang dry is the most optimal way to keep your clothing in the best shape for as long as possible. An alternative would be to turn the clothing inside-out and use a gentle cycle/low heat.


Q: I bought a piece of your apparel at a convention and it is not the right size! Can I exchange it for the correct one?

A: You may exchange the apparel for the correct size only while at that convention. We are unable to conduct exchanges online after the convention has ended. We also do not accept exchanges from other conventions (ie. you bought an incorrectly sized shirt at Katsucon and you want to exchange it for the correct size at Otakon).


Q: I like one of your designs a lot but I don't wear the article of clothing/color that the design is on; can I get that design on another color/article of clothing?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to do custom orders. Please respect that our artists and designers create each piece with the color and style in mind, and are therefore designed that way for a reason. 


Q: I bought 2 shirts for $40 at a convention, can I also get this deal online?

A: Unfortunately no, the 2 for $40 deal is convention-exclusive. Please watch out for more online sales in the future!


Q: Do you take commissions?

A: We do not take commissions. 


Q: Do you take t-shirt commissions?

A: No, we do not. 


Q: Are your shirts pre-shrunk?

A: Yes.


Q: Are your clothes in Asian sizing or American sizing?

A: We use Standard American Unisex Sizing. Please refer to our sizing charts for each type of clothing.

Q: My package is stuck at the post office, what can I do to retrieve it?

A: Please make sure that your address and information is correctly filled out before submitting your order. Should you arrive at this situation, please contact your local post office for further assistance. Contact us if you have any more questions concerning your package.
